This policy applies to all clients who purchase digital services from AR Creators Media and is effective from the date of the agreement.

Nature of Services

Our services are primarily digital, including video production, social media management, content strategy, and video marketing. These services are custom-tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and are delivered electronically. Once the digital product is delivered, it is considered accepted by the client and cannot be returned like a physical product.

Given the custom nature of the services, the following outlines when a service redo or refund may be applicable.

Inapplicability of Traditional Returns

Traditional returns are not applicable to our digital services. Unlike physical products, digital content and services are intangible and immediately consumed upon delivery. Therefore, once a service is completed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged in the conventional sense.

Criteria for Refund or Redo

Refunds or service redos will be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-Conformity to Brief: If the delivered service significantly deviates from the initial project brief, a redo may be requested. This includes missing key elements of the project as outlined by the client.
  2. Technical Issues: If there are technical errors or defects in the work, such as issues with video editing or missing content that are directly attributable to AR Creators Media’s execution, we will provide a redo or, in some cases, a refund.
  3. Delivery Delays: If the final product is delivered after the agreed-upon deadline, and the delay was due to our error, a refund or redo may be considered.

Process for Requesting a Refund or Redo

To initiate a request for a refund or redo, clients must:

  1. Notify Us in Writing: Contact AR Creators Media within 7 days of receiving the final product. Include a detailed explanation of why the request is being made, including any supporting evidence.
  2. Review of Request: We will review the provided feedback and assess whether the request qualifies for a redo or refund based on the criteria above.
  3. Decision and Action: Once reviewed, AR Creators Media will communicate the outcome to the client and provide the necessary steps, whether it be issuing a redo or offering a partial/full refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not automatically granted but will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The final product significantly deviates from the agreed-upon brief and cannot be rectified by a redo.
  • There is a failure in meeting the agreed-upon deadlines, and this delay was within our control.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. After this time, all services are considered complete, and no refunds will be provided.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive briefs, as well as timely feedback throughout the project. Delays or lack of clear direction may impact the final outcome. AR Creators Media is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Trial Orders and Customer Satisfaction

To ensure satisfaction, AR Creators Media offers trial orders for new clients. Trial orders allow clients to test our services on a smaller scale before committing to larger projects. If there are concerns with the trial order, feedback will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken to ensure future projects align with expectations.
